To Ensure A Safe and Comfortable Stay For Everyone, Please Review and Follow These Rules:
1. Check-In & Check-Out

Please inform us in advance if you need special arrangements.
2. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
3. No Parties Or Events

Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
4. Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
5. Guests & Visitors

The number of guests must match the reservation.

Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Cleanliness

Please keep the property tidy during your stay.

Dispose of trash properly.

Wash used dishes before checkout.
7. Damages & Breakages

Please report any damages immediately.

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Safety

Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Do not tamper with safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.)

Don’t lock screen doors when you leave we only provide keyless entry for the doors.

Screen doors can be locked while in the home for additional protection.
